The Dalí Museum is Downtown St. Pete's newest jewel. With 96 oil paintings and hundreds of other pieces on display, plus thousands more in the vault, it houses the largest collection of Salvador Dalí’s works outside of his native Spain. After nearly three decades in its original space, the museum recently reopened in a unique new building that reflects Dalí’s artistic perspective. The structure features exterior glass panels and a three-story interior helical staircase. St Pete has everything from great restaurants and fantastic beaches.
