General Layaway Information
Eztraveltrips.com is a Vacation Package company and does not offer travel until the payment plan has been successfully completed.
Regular payments are made weekly, biweekly or monthly as chosen by you at the time of ordering. Layaway periods range between 12 to 78 weekly payments, 6 to 39 biweekly payments, or 3 to 18 monthly payments.
Payment methods offered are credit card (Mastercard, Discover, Visa & American Express). The minimum periodic payment is $5 and maximum is $499.
If payment details need to be changed, please email our Customer Service Team or log into your online account to update.
Your Vacation Package will be activated after your final payment please note that the Terms and Conditions apply to your activated vacation package can be found at https://www.eztraveltrips.com/terms-and-conditions/ , and by making a layaway payment you are agreeing to those terms and conditions. Your order can be cancelled at any time before your final payment has been attempted, however a cancellation fee of 25% of the retail value of the vacation package will apply, the remaining balance can be used as “store credit” to purchase a different product.
Minimum Shopping Cart Grand Total
Please note the minimum Shopping Cart Grand Total that is required to check out on www.Eztraveltrips.com is $299 after vouchers or discount coupons have been applied.
Marketing
By placing an order and checking out of Eztraveltrips.com, by default you agree to be subscribed to our customer database which will enable Eztraveltrips.com to send account updates and marketing materials to you via email and text message from time to time. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or text.
Payments
A 5% to 25% deposit is required and will be charged to your nominated payment method the day of purchase. Once you have placed your order the first payment is required to be paid within 7 days of the order being placed. With subsequent payments occurring at the time intervals, you have selected. Automatic payments are processed by Eztraveltrips.com at 12.01AM on your selected payment day and will be debited from your selected payment method during that day (or next business day if the date is a bank holiday or weekend). If you wish to skip a payment, please let us know before midday on the business day PRIOR to the scheduled payment. As payments are automated, we cannot cancel them the day they are due.
Alterations to your payment plan can be made by logging into your Eztraveltrips.com online account.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to the final payment. If you cancel your order within 7 days of the date of your original order confirmation (Cooling off period) there will be no cancellation fee. After the cooling off period, Eztraveltrips.com will charge a cancellation fee as follows:
– Prior to your Final Payment Date, and providing you have made no changes to your original Order Confirmation, a Cancellation fee of 25% of the full retail value of the Vacation Package will be charged at the cancellation date, any remaining funds will may be used to as “store credit” to purchase another product.
Changes to Payment Plans
You can make changes to your payment plan via your account on our website. The maximum layaway payment period is 18 months. Please note changes to payment plans before a scheduled second payment or after a second last scheduled payment need to be done so via Customer Service, customercare@eztraveltrips.com
Failed Payment
If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you via email. If you wish to change your per payment amount, please log into your account, click on your order and click on adjust my payment plan button, or contact customer service.
Bank Fees
If you have a payment declined by your financial institution, it may charge you a dishonored payment fee. Eztraveltrips.com has no control over this and is not responsible for this amount.
Chargeback Policy
If you make a payment by credit or debit card, you agree not to file a chargeback with your financial institution without first contacting us to give us an opportunity to resolve your issue. If you file a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with our customer service department first, then you agree to reimburse us for the costs we incur as a result of your chargeback (approximately $99), including, without limitation, any merchant chargeback fees, chargeback consultant fees, arbitration filing fees and costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees and cost that we incur, regardless of how the chargeback is decided by your financial institution.

Eztraveltrips.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error or it is believed an incorrect total was achieved by way of technical glitch and will notify the customer accordingly. Eztraveltrips.com has the right to refuse a transaction in the unlikely case that there is a pricing error or cart error and prices are not shown as correct.
